Another low-cost, high quality Theremin - same size as No.002 but can
connect to metal objects, ornaments, even house-plants, to give
Theremin sounds when you go near.
PITCH = 10Hz to 10KHz (over 10 octaves). Good smooth bass sound.
Pitch-only model - Volume can be controlled via an amplifier or
volume-pedal.
The device plugs into any sample unit, mixer desk or general HI-FI
system. Works well with most effects and can be used with pitch-midi
converter.

(1) Place a fresh 9-volt battery (or 8.4-volt rechargeable) in the battery compartment OR connect a 9-volt DC REGULATED power supply to 9VDC socket using a mono 3.5mm jack plug.
(2) Insert Antenna into socket on top of box(push it in).
(3) Connect to amplifier or mixer or effects using MONO standard 1/4"(6mm) jack plug.
(4) Adjust volume controls. Cut bass if necessary or use rumble- filter.
(5) Adjust trim and tune controls so a tone is heard.With hands away from antenna use controls to bring the pitch very low. At its lowest the sound will stop.Now by waving the hands near the antenna Theremin Sounds will be heard.
(6) To use a metal ornament as Antenna,or similar object,pull out the antenna and plug in the clip lead supplied with model A02. Clip it onto the object and re-adjust the trim and tune controls for best result.
(7) To use a small pot plant as antenna,push a big nail or a knife etc. into the soil in the pot,water it and clip the antenna clip-lead onto the metal.Adjust trim and tune controls for best result and play Theremin Sounds by moving your hands near the plant.
(8) If you hear radio sounds from the theremin,or if it picks up effects from another nearby Theremin,use the tune control to tune them out. Then use trim control to get low pitch etc. This is very useful if you wish to use two or more Theremins close to each other.
(9) A foot-volume control is sometimes a useful accessory.
(10) Do not plug or unplug power supply to the Theremin if it is 'on' Always disconnect it from the mains first.
(11) Remove Audio Jack Plug when not in use if you have a battery installed.This will switch it off.
