HOW TO USE THE CES DUO No1derBRAIN MACHINE
Use it just like the CES SuperSOLO except that a second person can use it at the same time. Each person has one wire each colour, and for synchronisation, the same colour should be at the front of each person's head. Relax together and enjoy, but if one person needs to stop before the other, they can simply remove the discs and headband,
leaving the other person to use the DUO alone, but do not leave the discs touching each other. Wrap the wires up carefully to avoid tangles after use. The CES DUO is slightly larger than the
CES SuperSOLO, and can be used by one person or two. The CES DUO costs £69 + pp.
(1)Fit 9-volt battery or 8.4-volt rechargeable battery.

The 'DUO-PLUS' is an improved version of the CES DUO, and has the following added features:
(1) Built in a larger case with battery compartment included, and control-panel.
(2) Outputs via 3.5mm jacks for headbands.
(3) 2 sets of headbands included in the price.
(4) Built-in sound. A very quiet sound is available from the box itself, and can be used for
subliminal entrainment, even without using a headband, or heard through walkman-type headphones (not included), or the sound can be boosted with an amplifier to make it loud for group use etc.

THE CES DUO No1derBRAIN MACHINE
This is a unit similar to the CES SuperSOLO but designed for use by two people together. When two people use it simultaneously, their brainwaves tend to become synchronised to each other so that they share the experience and meditate together. This can be great as a shared experience and may increase the 'togetherness' of couples. It can also be used for experiments in telepathy, because when two people's brainwave are synchronised in this fashion they often develop a form of 'rapport' for each other and this can take the form of telepathic experience. By deliberate training, this rapport can be made to extend beyond the time at which the CES DUO is in use.

It Runs from a 9-volt radio battery so there is no mains power involved and no danger of shock.
Two small metal discs wrapped in damp tissue
are placed on the head, usually one at the forehead and one at the back of the head ( though some people prefer one behind each ear), held in place by an adjustable headband.
The effect is so gentle that on one of our many TV appearances (BBC'Horizon') none of the four volunteers could tell whether the No1derBRAIN MACHINE was 'on' or not. But after 5 minutes with it 'on'they were all in a state of very deep meditation !
They all reckoned it would take an Indian Yogi 20 years of practice to achieve the state of conciousness which they reached in 5 -
minutes with the CES SuperSOLO No1derBRAIN unit.
None of them wanted to stop - it is a very pleasant experience, but you can take the machine off at any time.
It works by 'entrainment', this means that weak electronically - generated pulses very gently persuade (not force) the brainwaves into
frequency range conducive of
'PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION'
The result is that it can help to bring about a state of very deep relaxation.
Following this, the mind usually feels very refreshed and stimulated, so
that mental tasks seem easier, and inspirations may flow more freely.

HOW TO USE CES SuperSOLO No1derBRAIN MACHINE
(3)Wrap each of the small metal discs in a few layers of tissue moistened in salty water. A little glycerine may be added to the water to keep it from drying out if you want to use it for a long time.
(4)Each metal disc is attached to a coloured wire. They can be used any way around. Fit one disc
under the headband so it rests in the middle of the forehead, with the wire coming out at the top.
(5)Fit the other disc under the headband
at the back of the head,also with the wire coming out at the top. It may be necessary to rub a small amount of the salty water into the scalp at this point to ensure good contact
(6)Set frequency control to about 10 or 12 HZ to begin.
(7)Switch on the CES SuperSOLO, it will now start to operate. Usually nothing is felt or noticed, though for some people a gentle flickering effect is noticed.
(8)Make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, relax and enjoy.
(9) As you become more relaxed, turn the frequency control to a lower frequency. When you find a frequency that suits you personally, leave it at that for a while, but feel free to change it from time to time.
Many people like a frequency in the region of 6HZ, but there is the option to go lower.
(10)It is generally safe to use the CES SuperSOLO for long periods of time.
I actually hide mine under a hat and walk down the street with it on !
An interesting experience ! But do not use it whilst driving a vehicle,
operating machinery or any similar activity where concentration and alertness are very important. The effects, though subtle, are powerful.
(11)Although you can discontinue the unit at any moment, by removing the discs from under the headband and switching off the battery, many
people prefer to bring the frequency gradually up to about 15HZ first, as this gives a state of increased alertness after the meditation.
(12)After use, make sure that the wires are wrapped up carefully and kept separate to avoid tangles. Remove the damp tissue, and keep the CES SuperSOLO carefully for its next use.
